  • Experienced Key Account Sales Managers with focus on the semiconductor market
  • University graduates majoring in economics or engineering or entrants from other professions who want to start a career in an interesting and fast-growing global market i.e. the semiconductor (chip) market



Key Account Sales Managers:

You have worked in the sale of semiconductor components, passive and/or electromechanical components for at least three years. We are interested both in Senior Key Account Managers who have long-standing market experience and sales staff members, who want to embark on a career.

As we sell our products throughout Europe, staff members from other European countries are also welcome. In some regions of Germany and Europe we have an interesting client base/industrial companies for whom we need service support. Depending on your professional background, we may offer you a position as Regional Sales Director, Key Account Manager or Country Manager. Preferably we would post you in our Munich Headquarters, but there is also opportunity to work in our subsidiaries in Moenchengladbach, Wettingen/Switzerland or Affi/VE/Italy or with one of our representative offices in Kiev/Ukraine or St. Petersburg/Russia. A home office solution may be feasible under certain circumstances.



Young Professionals or Entrants from other Professions (Trainee Program):

Sales/Purchase: during a 6-month trainee program you will be made familiar with international trade und global purchasing, processing of inquiries as submitted by the European industry, customer acquisition, customer development, relations management, successful negotiation, conclusion of orders, our SAP-R3 operating system, quality management following European standards, logistics, incoming and outgoing goods as well as technical product training.

After having successfully completed the Trainee Program, you will work as a Sales Assistant in a sales team servicing industrial companies in the areas of automation technology, medical technology, computer science and communication technology, automotive etc. During the further course of your career you may be promoted to become Account Manager and eventually Key Account Manager or Regional Sales Manager. During the 6 month of training you will receive a trainee's salary, then an attractive fixed salary as well as a performance-oriented interesting commission. Account Managers are also provided with a company car which may also be used for personal errands.

The ideal candidate is a university graduate who majored in economics or technology, speaks English fluently and - ideally - has additional foreign language skills, has good command of German and English both in speaking and writing, good and quick intellectual powers, is extroverted and communicative, has talent and takes fun in trading and selling and would like to spend 20-30 % of their time visiting clients and in meetings.
